It’s way past time to have proven and tested leadership in government. The trickle-down effect that begins with the clown car, pay-to-play Trump administration is being echoed at the local level with the antics of David Loveall and the extractive industry-financed candidacy of the inexperienced Jake Pelroy.
Loveall and Pelroy’s opponents in the races for county commissioner have years of level-headed government experience, solving real problems without drama and headlines. Sean VanGordon and Heather Buch represent the old values of hard work, courtesy and careful analysis that we used to expect from our elected representatives. I urge you to look at their websites and see what they have accomplished.
Next month we have a chance to restore sanity and reliability to county government by electing Heather Buch and Sean VanGordon as our county commissioners.
