Restaurant inspections

County officials regularly inspect food facilities to ensure compliance with state laws. Here, Lookout Eugene-Springfield reports both those who have passed the inspections and those where the county observed issues to correct. The county’s full ongoing reports can be accessed here.

  • Grill & Go at 3444 Main St., was cited for issues during a county health inspection on June 16. The restaurant received a score of 95 out of 100. The inspector noted that the mobile food unit was not clearly identified, but this was corrected by adding proper signage. Additionally, there were issues with openings that could allow pests to enter, which have now been sealed. Lastly, the three-compartment sink initially lacked a proper air gap for backflow prevention, but this has also been fixed. All violations were addressed and corrected. (view report)

  • Willamalane Adult Activity Center at 215 W C St., passed a county health inspection on June 16 with no issues. (view report)
