Inspectors found some refrigerated foods were kept too long and not properly date-marked, but these were discarded during the visit. The menu’s consumer advisory about raw or undercooked foods needs updated wording and will be corrected before the next inspection. Some refrigerators lacked proper thermometers, unlabeled food containers were found, and a food worker wore unauthorized jewelry. Scoops without handles were used improperly, and some areas had dirt buildup.
