The inspector found the sanitizer in the three-compartment sink was too weak but it was fixed during the visit. Cream cheese was stored too warm at 45°F, but the fridge was adjusted to keep food at safe temperatures below 41°F. The south restroom door lacks a self-closing mechanism and needs repair. The plaster and paint near the mop sink are deteriorating and require fixing. Some ceiling tiles in food prep and washing areas are damaged and should be replaced with smooth, durable, and easy-to-clean tiles. (view report)
