- A car crash occurred near Christensen Rd. at 5 p.m. on Sept. 25. It is unknown whether anyone was injured.
- A motor vehicle incident occurred near W 19th Ave. and Jefferson St. in Eugene at 3 p.m. on Sept. 26. The person involved was issued a citation rather than being taken into custody.

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: – Construction is happening near 18th and Hilyard Street this week. Lanes may be reduced to one, so expect some delays.
- There is construction in the parking lot at Willamette Street and West 52nd Avenue this week as the project wraps up.
- Through Friday, construction at W 30th Ave and Portland St will close on-street parking on the west side of Portland St from W 30th Ave to W 29th Pl, and some parking north of W 29th Pl to W 28th Ave. The west side sidewalk of Portland St between W 30th Ave and W 29th Pl is closed; pedestrians should use the temporary sidewalk on the east side. On W 30th Ave west of Portland St, use the temporary pedestrian path on the north side to reach Portland St.
- McLean Boulevard will stay closed for another week for paving and striping, but local traffic can still get through. Utility work is planned for Wednesday. Two detours are set up: one reroutes traffic from before Graham Drive through Lasater, Randy, and 29th streets back to McKendrick Street and McLean Boulevard; the other sends Graham Drive traffic to Chambers Street via 28th Street.
- Paving work is happening this week on Vine Maple Street, Spring Boulevard, Pine Canyon Drive, Huckleberry Street, and South Ridge Drive, including nearby sidewalks. Roads may be reduced to one lane or temporarily closed. –
- Wastewater pipe work is happening this week:
- Today, W 6th Alley is closed to through traffic between Polk St and Tyler St.
- Tomorrow, the sidewalk on the east side of Blair Blvd between W 6th Ave and W 7th Ave will be closed; pedestrians should use the west side.
- Wednesday, Polk St will be closed between W 6th Alley and W 7th Alley.
- Thursday, there will be a lane shift on Polk St at W 5th Alley, and the road will be closed to through traffic.
- Minor construction is happening on Patterson Street between E 18th Ave and E 24th Ave this week for the Safety Pilot Project. Most traffic control is being removed, but some barricades remain. Minimal traffic disruptions are expected.
