A man is charged with surreptitiously recording video of nude people in the showers during setup weekend ahead of the Oregon Country Fair. As the fair opened today, fairgoers mostly had not heard about the arrest, but many took the news in stride, Annie Aguiar reports.

Police arrested a man on murder and arson charges after a fire in Springfield two days ago. The blaze killed two people whom police said were related to the suspect. Lillian Schrock-Clevenger reports.

Mapleton’s rural sewer system is in dire need of upgrades, and the community will be discussing a plan to raise money to do the work. Ben Botkin explains.
