I live and work in Springfield, and like a lot of families here, every dollar matters. That’s why I’m concerned about the proposed $2.3 million payroll tax modeled like Eugene’s. This will hit workers at a time when inflation and the cost of living is out of control.

Springfield isn’t Eugene. We’re a working-class town, and most families don’t have extra money lying around for new taxes. We need a leader who understands that and will fight to keep money in our pockets. 

That’s why I’m supporting David Loveall. He understands that government shouldn’t be reaching even deeper into our pockets.

We need someone who will protect our working families, not make life more expensive for them. Join me in voting to reelect David Loveall to represent Springfield on the Lane County Board of Commissioners.
