I encourage Springfield voters to support Callee Ackland for City Council. I met Ackland through the library where we both volunteer. She’s smart, hard-working, goal oriented and friendly. She has great leadership qualities and will get the job done.

She will make Springfield a better place. Her work on the Planning Commission and her service to our country in the Navy show her abilities to work cooperatively with others on important and complicated issues. Her experience with housing and small-business issues, as well as her status as a renter, will bring new perspectives to the council.

I’ve attended meetings where her opponent was present. I found her to be out of her depth and with no new ideas. Ackland has ideas, and she knows how to bring them to life.

Let’s make Springfield a thriving city by voting for Callee Ackland for City Council.
