The inspector found that the dishwasher was not sanitizing properly because the chlorine level was too low ( ppm). The restaurant was required to fix this immediately by ensuring the dishwasher produces a chlorine level of at least 50 ppm or use a three-step manual washing process temporarily. The dishwasher was serviced and replaced with an automatic chlorine sanitizer unit, which now meets the required chlorine level. The issue was corrected by the re-inspection on 12/31/2025.
