Prairie Road will be closed to all traffic between Highway 99 and Maxwell Road from Aug. 17th to around Oct. 5th. This closure is due to construction work replacing the railroad crossing at Prairie Road and Highway 99, as well as rebuilding part of the intersection. Drivers should use Irving Road, Beltline, or Chambers Road as detour routes during this time.

From Sept. 27, construction work will take place on River Road between Randy Pape Beltline and Green Lane. Crews will install a ramp at the Santa Clara Avenue and River Road intersection and finish the bus stop north of Santa Clara on the east side of River Road. The bus stop lane closure May reopen this week, depending on concrete test results. No other daytime lane closures are planned. Pedestrian detours will be set up to ensure safe crossings during all closures.
