Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Mill Street is currently one-way northbound between Main Street and Centennial Boulevard due to reconstruction work, with detours in place. On Laura Street in Springfield, construction is affecting the area from mile post .120 to .339, with southbound Laura Street closed to through traffic and access from Lindale Drive also closed from June 16 to about August 31. Northbound traffic remains open, and detours are available. S 18th Street will be closed on July 19 for surface maintenance, with minimal traffic impact expected. From June to September, a slurry seal will be applied to 20th Street and other streets in the area, with low traffic impact anticipated.
