- Iris Vineyards at 322 Main St., was cited for issues during a county health inspection on August 14. The restaurant scored 90 out of 100. The inspector found that the dishwasher’s chlorine sanitizer was not working properly, showing ppm chlorine, so the restaurant must use a quaternary ammonium sanitizer in the main sink to clean utensils and equipment for at least 30 seconds and air dry them. A follow-up inspection will check the dishwasher again.
