The restaurant was instructed to keep cloths fully submerged in a bleach sanitizer solution and use separate cloths for raw animal foods. Additionally, sugar was stored in a container that might not be food-safe. The restaurant removed the sugar and container from use and was told to use only food-grade containers or provide proof they are safe. Both issues were corrected during the inspection. (view report)
