Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: – Prairie Road is closed to all traffic between Highway 99 and Maxwell Road for construction improvements from August 17 until today. Drivers should use detours via Irving Road, Beltline, or Chambers Road.
- Construction crews are working at the Prairie Mountain School Crossing during the week of September 14 to finish electrical and lighting work and complete final tasks. Expect large trucks and equipment in the area.
- Starting the week of September 14, Crow Road is closed between La Porte and Highway 126 (W 11th) for excavation to install wastewater pipes and a manhole. The work starts at Crow Road and Highway 126 and moves west. Access to La Porte is open only through Greenhill Road.
