You could say that Jeffrey Ogburn knows how to get on the good side of a cat — or, at least, catch the good side. As Annie Aguiar reports, since 2010, he’s been the volunteer photographer for the Greenhill Humane Society’s cattery, taking portraits of new cats and trying to capture their personalities.

Grace Chinowsky was at the site of the future Rosa Village, a 52-unit project being built at 2243 Roosevelt Blvd., Monday. The nonprofit developer SquareOne Villages received a unique state loan to finance the development.

This Friday, the City Club of Eugene will host candidates for the Board of Lane County Commissioners in District 1 and District 5.
