Eugene Symphony has booked big-name violinist Itzhak Perlman as an anchor of its 2026-27 season. Perlman, who will be 81 years young when he arrives for his performance next January, will be playing music from films, including selections from “Schindler’s List” and “Casablanca.” Annie Aguiar has the story.
