The inspector found that some menu items with raw or undercooked animal ingredients, like huevos rancheros with soft yolks and top sirloin steak, were missing the required asterisks and consumer advisory warning about foodborne illness risks. The restaurant was required to immediately add clear warnings on the menu, including asterisks and a statement explaining the risks of eating raw or undercooked animal foods.
