Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

  • Road construction is taking place on Interstate 5, 2 miles south of the McKenzie Highway intersection, causing minimal traffic delays. Drivers should be cautious and watch for workers. The work includes striping the northbound and southbound “B” lanes and will involve short closures (1-2 hours) of on and off ramps at Exit 191 (Glenwood Blvd.) and Exit 189 (McVay/30th Ave.). One northbound lane is affected. The construction started on June 30.
       
  • Road maintenance is taking place on I-105 at the intersection with Pacific Highway Interstate 5 to ORE126, including ramps in both directions, from June 22 to June 27. Work will occur nightly from 9 P.M. to 5:30 A.M., causing minimal traffic delays. Drivers should slow down and be cautious of workers on the road.
