Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: – Adams Street is partially closed between W 6th Avenue and W 5th Avenue on the west side, and from W 5th Alley north on the east side. W 5th Alley is closed between Monroe Street and Adams Street. Pedestrians can’t use the east side of Adams Street at W 5th Alley or the south side of W 5th Avenue from Adams to midblock near Monroe Street. If you’re walking west on the south side of W 5th Avenue, detour to the north side at Monroe Street. The eastbound bike lane on W 5th Avenue near Adams Street is closed; bicyclists should detour north on Adams Street to W 4th Avenue, then east to Monroe Street, and south back to W 5th Avenue.
- Construction is happening near 18th and Hilyard Street during the week of August 24. Expect delays and possible lane reductions to a single lane.
- Broadway is under construction from Mill to Patterson during the day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Crews are working on the south side, with only one lane open between Mill and Patterson. The left lane on the viaduct from 6th Avenue to 8th Avenue is also closed for drivers coming south on Coburg Road heading east.
- Sidewalk repair is happening at 972 Madison St. from Tuesday, August 25 to today, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The sidewalk is closed during this time, but no traffic delays are expected.
