Eugene Figure Skating Club (EFSC) is a United States Figure Skating affiliated club, dedicated to creating and supporting ice sports in Eugene and the surrounding communities. We provide skating lessons for all ages and levels, figure skating programs, performance opportunities and competitive training.
This flexible, part-time job would be perfect for someone who needs a flexible work schedule and wants to be a part of a growing organization. Job duties include, but are not limited to: assisting program coordinator and Club leadership with the ongoing management of registration systems; monitoring and responding to or forwarding Club emails; tracking registrations for completion and proper payment; management of data to and from Learn to Skate USA database; creating spreadsheets to track various attendance.
10-15 hours per week, flex schedule includes Tuesday PM and Saturday AM hours to coincide with the days that lessons are offered at the ice rink on the Lane County Fairgrounds in Eugene. Mixed work from home and at ice rink. Must be proficient with spreadsheets and data management, be organized and have good interpersonal skills when working with skaters and their families.
