A 38-year-old California man was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 4, at a Eugene tattoo parlor on suspicion of sexual abuse, Eugene police said.

A family member of a 13-year-old girl reported suspected abuse Oct. 19, police said, with the girl reporting that abuse began in August.

The suspect also allegedly tattooed the girl and is suspected of providing her with cocaine, police said.

In a news release Wednesday, police said they have identified “at least four additional juvenile victims and believe there are more.”

Police arrested the suspect at about 1 p.m. on Commons Drive. Lookout Eugene-Springfield is not naming him pending a decision on formal charges by the Lane County District Attorney’s office.
