As certain news sources promote legislators proclaiming that our upcoming “No Kings 2.0” events on Saturday are “Hate America” gatherings, it feels imperative that we project that we are gathering because we love our country.

Messages pointing out conditions in our country, like inflated food prices, lost jobs and services, might go over well. Maybe enough former supporters of the Trump administration who are now suffering will join us and express their withdrawal of support for this tyranny.

Sadly, so much damage has been done since the election that we must all be in this for the long haul. Only we can save ourselves.
