Craig Strobeck is a native Eugene resident with family roots in the Willamette Valley going back 4 generations. He is currently working as a full time freelance photographer after a 32 year career in recreational vehicle sales and finance management. Adding to his credentials are a stint in the local solar energy arena and a strong interest in fish and wildlife.

He has been actively pursuing photography for more than 25 years in the sports, event, portrait and wildlife genre, with a broad scope of subjects and events. Following his retirement from the recreational vehicle industry, he has dedicated himself full time to broadening his skills in the photography world.

He is married to Kathy for 43 years, all in Eugene with 6 adult children. He is a wildlife enthusiast and loves to photograph birds, spending any spare time possible in and around our national wildlife refuges, including William L. Finley refuge near Corvallis.

Craig is excited to be able to contribute to Lookout Eugene-Springfield and loves the challenge of telling or supporting a storyline through the use of a visually impactful photograph.
