- Mckenzie River Taphouse at 5818 Main St., was cited for issues during a county health inspection on February 25. The restaurant scored 97 out of 100. The inspector noted the restaurant did not have a working thermometer to check food temperatures, which must be fixed immediately by providing a proper, functional temperature device. Additionally, there was a broken refrigerator and unnecessary items like T-shirts in the food preparation area. These items must be removed to keep the kitchen clean and free of clutter.
