- Time Thai Cuisine at 3831 Main St., was cited for issues during a county health inspection on January 4. The restaurant scored 95 out of 100. The inspector found that the walk-in cooler was too warm (44°F), causing some foods like coconut milk drinks and Pad Thai sauce to be stored above the safe temperature of 41°F. The restaurant discarded these items and moved others to different fridges until the walk-in cooler is fixed. Additionally, the outside and inside of the walk-in cooler and other cold storage equipment had food debris buildup and needed cleaning. The restaurant corrected these issues by discarding unsafe food, relocating items, and cleaning the equipment. (view report)
