- The Quack Taco, at 120 S 35th St., Springfield, was cited for issues during a county health inspection on April 15. The restaurant received a score of 95 out of 100. The inspector found that the hose used to supply water to the mobile food unit was not confirmed to be food-grade, which is required for safety. The restaurant was instructed to immediately use a certified food-grade hose for potable water.
