Community crime report

  • A vehicle hit a pedestrian and a report was taken. The incident happened near Hwy 99n and Royal Ave. in Eugene at 6 p.m. on February 23.
     
  • A car crash with injuries was reported near 853 Beltline Westbound in Eugene at 4 a.m. on February 23.
     
  • A missing person report was taken near 4153 London Ct, Eugene at 6 p.m. on February 23.
     
  • A burglary arrest happened near 150 N Cleveland St., Eugene at 6 p.m. on February 23.
     
  • A burglary was reported near 500 Monroe St., Eugene at 3 p.m. on February 23.
     

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – Paving work is happening on Grant Street, Hayes Street, Pierce Street, and West 22nd Avenue. The impact on traffic is expected to be low. – Construction is happening in West Eugene to add new lighting and a walking path. There is no impact on traffic. – Starting January 28, Lane County will install signs and guardrails on Crow Road between mileposts 1.38 and 8.13. Traffic will be managed by flaggers from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The project is expected to finish by June 30.
