Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: – Lane County is installing signs and guardrails on Crow Road between mileposts 1.38 and 8.13. Work happens Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with flaggers controlling traffic. This started January 28 and is expected to finish by June 30.
– Paving work is happening on Grant Street, Hayes Street, Pierce Street, and West 22nd Avenue. Traffic impact is expected to be low.
– Construction is underway at Maxwell Road and Prairie Road, and east along Maxwell Road up to the overpass bridge. New sidewalks are being built to connect River Road and Bethel neighborhoods, linking to a new sidewalk on Highway 99 at Prairie Road. Eastbound Maxwell Road is closed at Prairie Road. Use alternate routes such as Beltline to NW Expressway, Beltline to River Road, or Chambers Road to River Road. The project will include new sidewalks and a new railroad crossing when finished.
