  • A zoning application has been filed for 3520 Elmira Road, proposing to divide the property into two separate legal lots. The application is currently under review, and residents may wish to follow the process or provide input as the proposal moves forward. (view application)
     

Community crime report

  • A person was given a citation instead of being taken into custody during a traffic stop. The incident happened near W 8th Ave. and van Buren St. in Eugene at 11 p.m. on January 8.
     
  • A shoplifting incident occurred near 4575 W 11th Ave., Eugene at 10 p.m. on January 8. The person involved was given a citation instead of being taken into custody.
     
  • Police responded to a call for backup and took a report about an incident near Beltline and Roosevelt Blvd. in Eugene. This happened at 7 p.m. on January 8.
     
  • Police arrested someone after shots were fired near N Danebo Ave. and Roosevelt Blvd. in Eugene at 6 p.m. on January 8.
     
  • A person was cited for criminal trespass instead of being taken into custody. The incident happened near 1041 Hwy 99n, Eugene, at 3 p.m. on January 8.
