  • An assault was reported near 850 W 12th Ave., Eugene at midnight on April 2.
     
  • A burglary was reported near 2135 W 12th Ave., Eugene at 8 a.m. on April 2.
     
  • Police took a report of a stolen vehicle near Jefferson St. and W 13th Ave. in Eugene at 10 a.m. on April 2.
     
  • Police arrested someone after a dispute near 925 W 6th Ave., Eugene at 11 p.m. on April 1.
     

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – Construction is happening in West Eugene to add new lighting and a walking path. There is no impact on traffic. – Starting January 28, Lane County is installing signs and guardrails on Crow Road between mileposts 1.38 and 8.13. Flaggers are controlling traffic from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work is expected to finish by June 30. – Paving work is taking place on Grant Street, Hayes Street, Pierce Street, and West 22nd Avenue, with low impact on traffic.
