The inspector noted that some food storage containers were cracked or broken, which could affect cleanliness. The restaurant immediately replaced the damaged container with a proper one. Additionally, a mop was found stored improperly, not allowing it to air dry without contaminating other surfaces. The restaurant was instructed to ensure mops are positioned correctly for drying.
