Key issues included employees not storing drinks properly, dirty surfaces above food prep areas, a malfunctioning cooler that kept food at unsafe temperatures, and high sanitizer concentration. The inspector required immediate corrections, which the operator addressed by properly storing drinks, cleaning surfaces, discarding unsafe food, diluting sanitizer, and cooling cheese correctly. Additionally, the restaurant had a pest issue with flies due to open doors, which was corrected by closing the doors during the inspection. A follow-up inspection will occur in 14 days. (view report)
