Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: Columbia Street at East 3rd Avenue is closed for construction work on stormwater and electrical utilities. Traffic is being detoured to Agate Street and Moss Street to reach East 19th Avenue. Pedestrians can use the north side of 17th Avenue, but block access on Columbia Street is closed on both sides. Bicyclists should use Agate Street to the west and Moss Street to the east. Paving is happening on East 24th Avenue, Hilyard Street, and Alder Street, but no traffic impacts are expected.
