Property development

  • A hit and run was reported near E 13th Ave. and Hilyard St. in Eugene at 10 p.m. on January 11.
     
  • A burglary was reported near 1255 Hilyard St., Eugene at 10 p.m. on January 11.
     
  • A dispute was reported near 750 E 18th Ave., Eugene at noon on January 11.
     
  • A case of property damage happened near 751 E 16th Ave., Eugene at 9 a.m. on January 11.
     
  • A person was arrested after a car crash that caused injuries near Kincaid St. and E 13th Ave. in Eugene. The incident happened at midnight on January 11.
     

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Columbia Street at East 17th Avenue is closed for construction work on stormwater, wastewater, and electrical utilities. Drivers should use Agate Street and Moss Street to get to East 19th Avenue. Pedestrians can walk on the north side of East 17th Avenue, but mid-block access on Columbia Street is closed on both sides. Cyclists should use Agate Street to the west and Moss Street to the east. Large trucks and equipment are present in the area during construction.
