Property development

  • A zoning application has been filed for 1200 Alder St., proposing adjustments to the city’s building articulation requirements as well as to standards for bicycle parking. The application specifically requests changes to the number of required bicycle parking spaces, their location on the property, and the security measures for those spaces. (view application)
