Community crime report

  • A missing person report was taken near 717 Hwy 99n, Eugene at 3 p.m. on March 10.
     
  • A threat and extortion incident happened near the 500 block of Lone Oak Ave. at 3 p.m. on March 10.
     
  • Animal abuse was reported near the 1600 block of Elkay Dr at 4 p.m. on March 10.
     
  • A report was taken about a possible drunk driver near 700 Howard Ave., Eugene at 2 p.m. on March 10.
     
  • A criminal trespassing incident happened near the 200 block of Maxwell Rd at 6 p.m. on March 10.
     

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Chambers Street is under construction for seismic bridge retrofits, causing moderate traffic delays. In West Eugene, construction is happening to add new lighting and a walking path, but there is no impact on traffic.
