Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Construction is happening in West Eugene to add new lighting and a walking path. There is no impact on traffic. Construction is taking place at Maxwell Road and Prairie Road, and east along Maxwell Road up to the overpass bridge. Eastbound Maxwell Road is closed at Prairie Road. Drivers should use alternate routes such as Beltline to NW Expressway, Beltline to River Road, or Chambers Road to River Road. The project will add new sidewalks connecting River Road and Bethel neighborhoods, and a new railroad crossing.
