Property development

  • A zoning application has been filed for 310 Sunshine Acres Dr, proposing to divide the property into three separate lots intended for middle housing. According to the application, the existing house on the property will remain and occupy one of the new lots. Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Construction is happening on Gilham Road between Ayres Road and Don Juan Avenue in Lane County. Work started April 14 and is expected to finish by December 31. Crews are installing storm sewers, water quality facilities, retaining walls, ADA curb ramps, sidewalks, and paving. Detours and flaggers will be in place to direct traffic.
