But now he’s an assistant coach at Junction City — and there, Wilcox, is rediscovering what he always loved about the game.

The University of Oregon ended the fiscal year $3.5 million above projections. Next year, the university could see a $21.6 million shortfall before cuts, officials told trustees this week. Grace Chinowsky reports.
