- Dope Tacos at 4425 Main St., was cited for issues during a county health inspection on May 7. The restaurant scored 87 out of 100. Inspectors found the water tank opening uncovered, food workers not washing hands properly, raw meat stored above ready-to-eat foods, and unsafe cooling of hot foods. Food and single-use items were stored on the floor, and there was food debris under equipment. Also, some surfaces like the skylight lining were not easy to clean. All issues were corrected during the inspection or discussed with staff, including proper handwashing, food storage, cooling methods, and cleaning practices to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
