Property development

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – Construction is happening at 18th Avenue and Hilyard Street to replace the traffic signal with a new mast arm system. The project includes a new bike signal for westbound cyclists, better signal timing, shorter pedestrian crossings, and new ADA curb ramps. Expect moderate traffic impact. – From Tuesday, June 2 to Thursday, June 4, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., crews will be working on E 13th Ave between Pearl St and High St to remove and replace asphalt. Traffic will be managed with signs, flaggers, and barricades. The left eastbound lane will stay open, and no delays are expected. Local businesses have been notified.
