Community crime report

  • A vehicle hit a pedestrian and a report was taken. The incident happened near E 7th Ave. & Oak St., Eugene, at 4 p.m. on April 15.
     
  • A report was taken for unauthorized use of a vehicle near W 15th Ave. and Olive St. in Eugene at 6 p.m. on April 15.
     
  • A burglary was reported near 1475 Railroad Blvd., Eugene at 7 p.m. on April 7.
     
  • A theft was reported near 1105 W 5th Ave., Eugene at 2 p.m. on April 15.
     
  • A theft was reported near 729 E 11th Ave., Eugene at noon on April 15.

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – W 5th Avenue and Adams Street are closed because of construction at Whiteaker Commons. – On Monday, April 13, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., sidewalk repairs will happen at 1396 Washington St, between 13th and 15th. The sidewalk will be closed, with signs for pedestrians, but no traffic delays are expected.
