Here’s how Lane County’s prep football teams fared in Thursday and Friday action:

Churchill 36, North Eugene 6

Playing at North Eugene, Churchill dominated the Highlanders to post a 36-6 victory. The Lancers (3-1 league, 4-2 overall) travel to South Eugene Friday for a 7 p.m. game. North Eugene (3-2 in league, 4-3 overall) travels to Crater Friday for a 7 p.m. kickoff. 

Willamette 42, North Medford 22

The Wolverines remained undefeated with a home win over North Medford. Willamette (6-0 in league and overall) travels to Dallas Friday for a 7 p.m. nonleague game. 

Thurston 44, Crater 7

Playing at home, the Colts rolled to an easy win over Crater to remain undefeated in league play. Thurston (7-1 overall, 4-0 in league) travels to Churchill Friday at 7 p.m.

Sheldon 44, South Salem 23

Sheldon traveled to South Salem and came away with a 44-23 win. The Irish (2-3 league, 2-4 overall) entertain South Medford in another league game Friday at 7 p.m.

Springfield 35, South Eugene 0

The Millers, on the road, carved out a one-sided road victory over the Axe. Springfield, now 2-2 in league and 2-4 overall, returns home for a 7 p.m. Friday game against Eagle Point. The Axe, 0-4 league and 0-6 overall, travel to Roseburg for a 7 p.m. Friday game.

Junction City 24, Sweet Home 7

The Tigers improved to 2-0 in league play (4-2 overall) with a 24-7 home win over Sweet Home. Junction City travels to Philomath Friday at 7 p.m. for another league game. 

Philomath 33, Cottage Grove 6

Philomath, up just 7-6 at halftime, dominated the second half to claim a 33-6 victory Thursday at Cottage Grove. The Lions (0-2 league, 1-5 overall) host Marist Catholic Friday at 7 p.m.

Marist Catholic 49, Crescent Valley 21

Playing at home, the Spartans rolled to a 49-21 victory over Crescent Valley. Marist (1-1 league, 2-4 overall) travels to Cottage Grove Friday at 7 p.m. for another league game. 

Pleasant Hill 52, La Pine 0

The Billies, on the road, shut out La Pine. Pleasant Hill (2-0 league, 5-1 overall) entertains Sisters Friday at 7 p.m.

Lowell 54, Waldport 12

The Devils won their fifth straight game, a 54-12 romp over Waldport. Lowell (4-0 in league, 5-1 overall) hosts Monroe for another league tilt Friday at 7 p.m.

Creswell 40, Elmira 28

The Bulldogs ruined Elmira’s Homecoming by claiming a 40-28 decision. Creswell (1-1 league, 3-3 overall) travels to Madras for another league game Friday at 7 p.m. Elmira (0-2 league, 1-4 overall) travels to La Pine Friday for a 7 p.m. game. 

Suislaw 46, Douglas 42

The Vikings traveled to Douglas and prevailed in a 46-42 shootout. Next up for Suislaw (2-0 league, 4-2 overall): a Friday road trip to Sutherlin. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Monroe 36, Oakridge 16

Oakridge fell short, 36-16, in a road loss to Monroe. The Warriors (0-4 in league, 1-5 overall) have a week off before traveling to Toledo for a Friday, Oct. 24 game. Kickoff is 7 p.m.

Triangle Lake 19, Eddyville Charter 13

The No. 1 Lakers prevailed at home 19-13 in a matchup of the two top-ranked 1A six-player teams in the state. Triangle Lake (3-0 in league, 5-0 overall) travels to C.S. Lewis Academy for a Thursday game. Kickoff is at 7:15 p.m.

Falls City 69, Mapleton 0

Visiting Falls City rolled to a 69-0 win over Mapleton. The Sailors (0-4 league, 0-6 overall) travel to Reedsport for a 7 p.m. Friday league game. 

Elkton 34, Crow 0

Playing at home, Elkton blanked Crow for a 34-0 victory. The Cougars (1-2 league, 3-2 overall) host Gilchrist for a Homecoming game Friday at 7 p.m. 

North Lake 53, McKenzie 12

North Lake traveled to McKenzie and handed the Eagles a 53-12 loss. McKenzie (0-4 league, 0-6 overall) travels to Days Creek for a Friday league game with a scheduled 3:30 p.m. kickoff. 

Perrydale 50, Mohawk 24

Perrydale traveled to Mohawk and ruined the Mustangs’ Senior Night, coming away with a 50-24 nonleague win. The Mustangs (1-4 overall, 0-0 in league) return to action Friday at 7 p.m. with a Homecoming game against North Douglas.
