The Colts traveled to Springfield and rolled to a 38-7 victory over the Millers. Thurston (6-1, 4-0 in league) hosts Crater next Friday, Oct. 10. Springfield (1-4 overall, 1-2 league) travels to South Eugene, Friday. Kickoff for both games is 7 p.m.
Crater 37, Churchill 36
The Lancers lost a 37-36 heartbreaker at Crater to suffer their first league loss. Next up for Churchill (3-2 overall, 2-1 league): A Friday game at North Eugene. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
North Eugene 28, Roseburg 27
The Highlanders won a 28-27 thriller at Roseburg to boost their record to 4-2 overall, 3-1 in league. North Eugene hosts Churchill next week; kickoff is 7 p.m.
Eagle Point 42, South Eugene 6
The Eagles won their Homecoming game 42-6 to claim their first victory of the year over the Axe. The Axe (0-5 overall, 0-3 in league) hosts Springfield Friday; kickoff is 7 p.m.
Willamette 19, West Salem 10
The Wolverines ruined West Salem’s Homecoming by handing the Titans their first loss, a 19-10 setback. Undefeated Willamette (5-0 overall and in league) aims to keep its record spotless when it hosts North Medford, Friday. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
North Salem 21, Sheldon 14
The Irish suffered a league setback at home against North Salem, falling 21-14. Sheldon (1-4 overall, 1-3 league) hopes to grab its second league win Friday with a trip to South Salem. Kickoff is 7:15 p.m.

Pleasant Hill 42, Elmira 16
The Billies claimed their fourth straight win with a 42-16 win over the Falcons. Pleasant Hill tries to keep rolling Friday on the road against La Pine. Elmira (1-3 overall, 0-1 league) has a home date against Creswell Friday at 7 p.m. Both games kick off at 7 p.m.
Sisters 35, Creswell 21
The Bulldogs suffered a league setback at home Friday, falling 35-21 to the Outlaws. Creswell (2-3 overall, 0-1) shoots for its first league win Friday at Elmira. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
Siuslaw 48, South Umpqua 13
The Vikings opened their league slate with a resounding 48-13 home victory against South Umpqua. Siuslaw (3-2 overall, 1-0 league) travels to Douglas Friday for a 7 p.m. league game.
Central Linn 35, Oakridge 20
The Cobras traveled to Oakridge and beat the Warriors 35-20. Oakridge (1-4 overall, 0-3 in league) hits the road next Friday for a 7 p.m. game at Monroe.
Lowell 51, Harrisburg 0
It was all Devils as Lowell traveled to Harrisburg and romped to a 51-0 victory over the previously unbeaten Eagles. Lowell (4-1 overall, 3-0 league) hosts Waldport Friday at 7 p.m. for another league match. The Devils have rolled up four straight wins and have outscored opponents 209-24 in that stretch.
Triangle Lake 52, Alsea 13
The top-rated Lakers remained undefeated with a one-sided 52-13 win over the Wolverines. Triangle Lake (5-0 overall, 3-0 in league) host Eddyville Charter 7 p.m. Friday.
Jewell 47, Mapleton 13
The Blue Jays won for the first time this season (and both teams scored for the first time this season) with a 47-13 home victory over Mapleton. The Sailors (0-5 overall, 0-3 league) travel to Falls City, Friday for a nonleague match. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
Powers 44, McKenzie 6
Playing at home, the Cruisers rolled to a 44-6 league victory over the Eagles. McKenzie (0-5 overall, 0-3 league) entertains North Lake, Friday at 7 p.m.
Mohawk at Yoncalla, canceled
The Mustangs (1-3 overall) return to action 7 p.m. Friday with a home game against Perrydale.
