Following the Oregon Ducks’ 23-0 win over Texas Tech in the Orange Bowl, the No. 5 Ducks are advancing to the semifinal round of the College Football Playoffs where they’ll meet No. 1-seed Indiana in the Peach Bowl. 

It’s Oregon’s first trip to the semifinals since the playoff field was expanded from four to 12 teams and it will be the Ducks’ first appearance in the Peach Bowl. 

Awaiting the Ducks is an Indiana team that dismantled Alabama 38-3 in Thursday’s Rose Bowl, features Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Fernando Mendoza and is the only team to beat Oregon this season. 

The Hoosiers knocked off the Ducks 30-20 on Oct. 11 at Autzen Stadium.
