“One thousand percent,” the Timbers manager interjected. “I think Evander has made that publicly known on his Instagram account.”

He has. Portland’s attacking midfielder is often soft-spoken, but late last month Evander took to social media to add a little heat to an already spicy clip of him nutmegging a Minnesota defender.

“Since MLS hates Portland,” Evander wrote, “we posted it ourselves.”
