Staff were washing hands incorrectly by washing gloves instead of hands; they were instructed to remove gloves, wash hands properly for 20 seconds, then put on fresh gloves. A damaged seal on a refrigerator door must be repaired to keep it airtight. There was a leak in the waste pipe at the hand wash sink that must be fixed immediately to prevent sewage issues. Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
