The expensive mailed campaign literature from gubernatorial candidate Christine Drazan reads like an AI-generated word salad of catchphrases designed to lull us voters into a state of complacency. It is dangerous. Voters beware.

If you don’t have time to check Drazan’s voting record as an Oregon state legislator, at least check high-profile media stories about her votes against any environmental protections. Look at her history of blocking any attempts to hold polluters accountable. Check her votes to put more money in the bank accounts of the wealthiest companies in Oregon. Look at her refusal to stand up for women’s health and reproductive rights.

Drazan is a shill for mega-business and irrational climate deniers. Don’t be taken in by the sophisticated psychological campaign techniques used in her oversized, multicolor glossy mailings. Don’t be fooled by the carefully chosen orange and dark blue, near-purple lettering. Be afraid when you see photographs of Drazan dressed in creamy beige and white. Don’t be fooled.

She is courting voters with this false-front neutrality, especially trying to lure in nonaffiliated voters. The only color I see when Drazan’s name comes up is red. Drazan is a blood-red MAGA supporter. Your vote. Your choice.
