Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

  • Long-term projects: – There is no construction work happening this week at the Old Coburg Road Stormwater Retrofit Project. Crews have finished clean-up and final fixes. City of Eugene staff may visit the site to check on grass growth, but there is no impact on traffic.
  • From Monday, October 12 to Friday, October 16, construction on South Garden Way between Kinsrow Avenue and Commons Drive will cause moderate traffic impacts. The southbound lane will be closed, and all traffic will be directed into the northbound lane by flaggers. Pedestrians will be detoured to the east side sidewalk. The southbound bike lane will be closed, so cyclists should merge with southbound traffic. The northbound bike lane will stay open. Large trucks and equipment will be in the area during construction.
