Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: – Prairie Road is closed to all traffic between Highway 99 and Maxwell Road from August 17 to about September 18 due to railroad crossing replacement work. Use Irving Road, Beltline, or Chambers Road as detours.
- Construction is happening on Bethel Road and nearby walkways during the week of August 31. Expect delays and single-lane traffic. River Road is under construction between Randy Pape Beltline and Green Lane. Most work is at night from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During the week of August 31, crews are building new pedestrian ramps at Santa Clara Avenue and Division Avenue, with detours in place. One lane north of Santa Clara Avenue will be closed during the day, but traffic will still move in both directions.
- Crews are working on Spring Creek Drive between River Road and Awbrey Park Elementary School during the week of August 31. The new ADA ramp and paving are done, but minor finishing work continues, with possible lane shifts.
